Origin: Kyoto

Characteristics: High quality of Sencha produced in Kyoto. This Sencha has a bitter taste with a slight sweetness. The tea leaves are picked in early May of each year.

Taste: Refreshing, bitter, sweet

Color: Light green, yellow

Brewing Tip: Temperature of hot water = 80°C/176°F
Amount of tea leaves used per tea pot = 8g per 12 oz. water.
Steeping time = 1 minute 30 seconds
