Characteristics: This special organic Sencha tea has been produced in Kagoshima for over 10 years. This tea is characterized by more pronounced bitterness and a roasted aroma.

Taste: Quite bitter

Color: Bright yellow

Brewing Tip: Temperature of hot water = 80°C/176°F
Amount of tea leaves used per tea pot = 8g per 12 oz. water.
Steeping time = 1 minute 30 seconds
