Fugen no mukashi (Extra Premium)
Characteristics: This is the highest quality of Matcha produced in Kyoto. This Matcha has a rich taste, is bright green, with mild bitterness. At the tea ceremony in Japan, this product is widely used to make Koicha, a thick green tea, but it is also good for Usucha, light green tea.
Brewing Tip: Temperature of hot water = 80°C/176°F Amount of tea leaves used per tea bowl = 2g per 12 oz. water.
Use Chasen (tea whisk) to froth.
