Characteristics: This special organic Hojicha tea has been produced in Kyoto. This tea is lightly roasted and characterized by a slightly nutty flavor and is considered a digestif in Japan.

Taste: Light flavor with roasting aroma

Color: Brown

Brewing Tip: Temperature of hot water = 90°C/194°F. Amount of tea leaves used per tea pot = 8g per 12 oz. water
Steeping time = 1 minute 30 seconds
