Characteristics: A blend of various grades of different Gyokuro that are produced in Kyoto. This tea is characterized by an excellent harmony of bitterness and sweetness.

Taste: Slightly bitter and sweet

Color: Dark yellow green

Brewing Tip: Temperature of hot water = 60°C/140°F Amount of tea leaves used per tea pot = 8g
Brewing time = 2 minutes
