Characteristics: Kyotanabe, Kyoto, is known to produce the best Gyokuro in Japan. The tea leaves are handpicked and are of high quality Gyokuro. This tea is characterized by a mild sweetness.

Taste: Semi-sweet

Color: Light green, nearly clear

Brewing Tip: Temperature of hot water = 66°C/150°F. Amount of tea leaves used per tea pot = 8g per 8 oz. water.
Steeping time = 2 minutes 30 seconds
