Characteristics: A blend of semi-sweet Kariage (tea) and Genmai (brown rice) produced in Japan. This tea is characterized by the refreshing aroma of tea leaves and roasted Genmai.

Taste: Minimal bitterness

Color: Yellow, bright yellow

Brewing Tip: Temperature of hot water = 90°C/194°F. Amount of tea leaves used per tea pot = 8g per 12 oz. water
Steeping time = 2 minutes
